Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS jagan mohan reddy passed a GO waiving off the electricity bills for cinema theaters across the state for 3 months. This decision was made as a request letter came from the telugu Film Chamber of Commerce as they requested him to revive the movie industry after the pandemic and lockdown. The government has exempted all the single-screens and multiplexes in andhra pradesh from paying the power bills for the months of april, May, and june 2020.


The jagan government has also given the option for deferred payment by another 6 months, from July to december, 2020. chiranjeevi thanked YS jagan mohan reddy on Twitter. He tweeted, "My hearty thanks to Hon'ble cm Shri. @ysjagan for the much deserved relief measures for the Film industry during Covid times. Your sympathetic support will help several thousands of families dependent on this industry."


Chiranjeevi is currently acting in 'Acharya' under koratala Siva's direction. kajal aggarwal does the female lead role. Mega Powerstar ram charan does a crucial role in this movie and along with him, pooja hegde will also be seen in an extended cameo role. The movie has a strong technical team comprising Tirru for Cinematography and mani sharma for Music. naveen Nooli provides the cuts.
