Corona second wave has affected the film industry very badly. With the cases declining, slowly the tollywood industry is getting back on track. One by one the movie shootings are going to start. Already the Maestro movie team resumed the shooting. By the end of june RRR, Pushpa, Acharya, Radhe shyam movies will also go onto the floors again.

Other movies like Thank You, Khiladi, Shakuntalam, Pakka Commercial, Akhanda, karthikeya 2 etc will also resume their filming. It is now heard that the telangana government is thinking of opening the theaters with 50% occupancy from July second week. However the producers are not likely to release the movies instantly.

Though the lockdown will be eased in the two telugu states, the night curfew may remain as it is. Though the theaters are open, due to night curfew, night shows cannot be screened. So producers are thinking of releasing the movies only after the night curfew is relaxed. The makers of 'Love Story' are planning to release the film a week after the night curfew is relaxed.

The change in the ticket prices in andhra pradesh has become a matter of concern for the producers. The exhibitors are thinking that it would be good to release the movies only after the ticket prices are reconsidered by the government. In the same context, tollywood biggies are planning to meet ap cm jagan Mohanreddy and discuss the same with him.
