Disney+ Hotstar is said to have reached an agreement with the makers of Maestro to premiere the film.
Maestro is one of the films to watch out for this year in telugu cinema. Starring Nithiin, nabha natesh and Tamannah in the pivotal role, Maestro is the official telugu remake of 2018 bollywood hit thriller ‘Andhadhun’. The film shoot was completed last month and a promotional song as well was shot featuring Nithiin and Tamannah.
Apparently due to Covid-19 outage, the team’s plan to release it in theatres is spoiled. Result of which, the team has sought out to OTT release which is blooming at an exponential rate in indian cinema. The latest speculation about the movie is that Disney+ Hotstar is said to have sealed the deal for OTT Premiere. Both the parties have reached an agreement over an undisclosed price and the movie is getting ready for premeire.
The movie is set to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar for Independence Day, august 15. This will become the second telugu film after narappa to have a direct OTT release. The promotions for the movie is expected to kick start very soon. We can expect the teaser/trailer for the movie to be released in a week or two.
