Sonu said in the same interview, "Though I am doing films of both South and hindi industry. But I remember the time when I left the hindi film industry and went to South indian films. people started questioning it. But it's the experience that matters. It's about how much fun you are having a working and how much experience you can get. I don't care what the language is? people should be entertained."

Sonu further said, "You can be the biggest star. Even if you are successful, if you take people lightly, then believe me you will be out. Gone are the times when people spend their hard-earned money to watch your film. And it can happen in any industry. Not just hindi films, South films also don't work when they are not good. It has always been this way. people have more options now. If a film is not good If so, he has a better film to watch than that."
