Akkineni nagarjuna, a senior hero, aspires to follow in the footsteps of his comrades megastar chiru, balayya, and Venkatesh, who have recently achieved some significant hits. Although Venky's market hasn't really expanded, recent releases by chiru and balayya have grossed over 200 and 100 crores, respectively. Yet, it appears that the movie he chose for this is a little dangerous. nagarjuna is putting forth a period drama, picking on upcoming director Prasanna Kumar, who also happens to be the author of films like Dhamaka and cinema Choopista Maava.

According to reports, the movie contains a tonne of visual effects, and he is counting on the VFX staff at annapurna Pictures to assist him. Yet, it's rumored that certain influential people cautioned nagarjuna to be careful with VFX and its expenses because director Prasanna is likewise relatively unexperienced in the field. Recent years have seen a number of films that were actually quite outstanding but were a financial failure due to shoddy visual effects and overdrawn budgets.

Even Adipurush's release was delayed as a result of everyone's disappointment with the poor computer visuals in the teaser. These well-wishers are pleading with Nag to forego the VFX and instead choose more sets and straightforward green screen work.
