Any director in South or hindi who directs a hit now meets the Icon Star as part of an established practice. It is not unusual for filmmakers to meet with famous actors to tell a tale, but a long list of directors who attempted to work with allu arjun but fell short of the actor's expectations is currently making headlines.

It was made known that koratala siva and venu sriram had long before met Allu Arjun. They also caught his attention with a line, but they apparently failed to wow him with the bound script when the actor urged them to. The influences of venu Sriram's Vakeel Saab and koratala Siva's acharya may possibly have affected Allu Arjun's choice.

The list includes all the well-known actors and actresses, like boyapati srinu, Surender Reddy, Rohit Shetty, Murugadoss, Linguswamy, Pushkar & Gayatri, Nelson, and others. The newest member of the brigade is atlee, the director of Jawan, who has yet to receive Allu Arjun's approval.

According to latest sources, allu arjun and atlee met in mumbai and agreed upon a tale. Although it sounds like the official announcement is now in the works, atlee must persuade allu arjun with a good script. Otherwise, even if the idea is formally launched, allu arjun won't think twice to shelve it.
