It is stated that Kapu patriarch Mudragada Padmanabham's fast unto death protest has reached its 6th day and Babu Government has been facing a huge challenge in managing the Kapu leaders and their demands over the past few months.
At this circumstances Babu needed an able Kapu leader in his party to counter the Kapu leaders' storm. However, none of the TDP leaders like Ganta Srinivasa Rao and Nimmakayala Chinarajappa have been of any impact in the counter attack.
Meanwhile Babu and Lokesh have anticipated that Ganta will go all out against the Kapu leaders who have launched a full frontal attack on Babu and to their disappointment Ganta has mostly been silent or laid back in his efforts to counter the Kapu leaders.
It is said that Ganta has also been in constant touch with the Kapu leaders and he is also believed to be in Chiru's coterie, which naturally didn't let him go face to face with Mudragada and Co and Babu is silently observing Ganta's movements and the minister's post may even be under threat.
