Did YSR gave away land to his henchmen just on word of mouth ?. The Narasimhan and CO, the consultants of APIIC say that the 4731 acres of land was give to the Krishnapatnam Infra tech company of the Navayuga group without a GO or even MoU just word of mouth of YSR and processed by his bureaucrat henchman K Prabhakar Reddy and also M G V K Bhanu .
The performance audit by the Narasimhamurthy & Co shows that YSR had even permitted the Navayuga group which invested heavily in Sakshi group to raise bank loans to the tune of Rs.1000 crore by mortgaging the government land by February 2008 .' There are no minutes of the decisions in Government files ' says the audit team and most of them have surfaced now with the files being reviewed in the bifurcation process .Navayuga had invested Rs. 73 crore in Sakshi group and also the Hijmoora hydel project of Jagan to the tune of Rs.10 crore.
Another startling factor that has emerged is that all the SEZ ( about 126 in AP) were nothing but land and real estate development by big companies to exploit the YSR gratis in one way or the other . Beginning with DLF, Rahejas and also other Delhi units also took land invested in YSR concerns and also made huge projects in infrastructure development programs of Irrigation, IT, Pharma and also housing programs .'There is a clear 30 to 40 percent bribe factor in all the projects of YSR' says the audit
