Khel India: BJP's political bias!
The center should be like father and mother. States are, in fact, eternally existing. The center is when all of them meet. This is the concept of federal system. If such a thing started with the congress of looking down on the states, the bjp, which has read more of the Nalugakus, says that it has surpassed it. That is why bjp is now once again proving its political bias through the Khel india scheme.
If we look at the funds released by the Center to various states in the country under this scheme, it will be clear how it has shown its bias by giving less funds to non-BJP states and giving more funds to BJP. If you look at the funds allocated by the bjp government in the budget, it does not look like a lotus.
Funds of 24.11 crore rupees have been allocated to telangana under the Khel india scheme. Also, funds of Rs 33.80 crore have been allocated to AP.
608.37 crore rupees have been allotted to the BJP-ruled state of Gujarat. Also, 503.02 crores of funds have been allotted to Uttar Pradesh. 128.52 crore funds have been allocated to Karnataka, another BJP-ruled state.
Former MLC Prof. Nageshwar was furious on this. He also said that it is appropriate for bjp to show political bias in this way. He also got fired saying that it is bad to give large amounts
of Khel india funds to bjp states and look down on non-BJP states.
However, everyone is also saying that the bjp, which used to criticize the congress for its political discrimination, is now doing it this way as if it has read too much. It is said that when it is clear that BJP's political agenda is more than its governance agenda, the states which are not hoisting the lotus flag in the country and are being discriminated against should still open their eyes and fight together as one. They also say that justice will not be done unless we fight like that.
