Amaravati farmers got a big shock in ap High Court. It is known that the farmers took a march from amaravati to Arasavalli in the name of demanding three capitals. Initially, the state government did not permit this padayatra. The farmers approached the high court and got permission. On this occasion, the high court permitted the farmers' march with several conditions.
With this, the farmers' march started. In many places, the ycp leaders have disrupted the farmers' march. A tense situation arose in the temples of Gudivada. However, the farmers stubbornly continued their march. It is known that on reaching ramachandrapuram of Konaseema district, the police stopped the yatra because the farmers did not have identity cards.
The police stopped the yatra claiming that only 600 people were allowed to go on the yatra by the high court and similarly the pilgrims needed to wear identity cards. With this, the farmers announced that they are temporarily stopping their journey.
The farmers approached the court to relax the conditions saying that the government is trying to block their padayatra for various reasons despite the permission of the high court. But the high court made it clear that the previous conditions would apply. The petitions filed by the farmers were dismissed. It said that only 600 farmers should do the trip. She also explained that all of them must show their identity cards. It has been clarified that there should be no leaders of political parties in the yatra. Only farmers should be present.
Earlier, the high court had given orders that any controversial comments should not be made to disturb peace and order. It has earlier warned that the permits will be revoked if there is a disturbance of law and order. Now the high court has dismissed the petitions of the farmers seeking to amend the conditions. It has issued clear orders that the previous orders will remain in force.
