The high court has issued notices to ap Medical and health minister Vidadala Rajini. The ap high court has issued these notices to minister Vidala Rajini regarding the issue of No Objection letter (NOC) for granite mining. In the same case, the high court also issued notices to kadapa mp avinash Reddy's uncle Pratap Reddy.

It  is known that earlier a petition was filed in the high court alleging that minister Rajini had a hand in allowing excavations in 91 acres of assigned land in Morakapudi of Palnadu district. The high court, which investigated the matter, issued notices to the minister Vidada Rajini and the local tehsildar to give an explanation. Later, the further hearing was adjourned for three weeks. If we look at the issue of notices to Rajini.. a writ petition was filed in the high court against assigning lands for granite mining in Shilakaluripet mandal. The assigned farmers objected to the issue of No Objection letter (NOC) by the revenue authorities.

 In their petition, the farmers claimed that the assigned farmers were given illegal NVC by threats. As a result, the court issued notices to the CI SSILs of Rajini mp avinash Reddy's uncle Prathapareddy Tehsildar. On this occasion, the bench made it clear that the lease will be finalized subject to the final decision of the court on the petitions. Within these three weeks, the ap high court will have to give an explanation of the separation request. A counter has to be filed against the allegations of illegal mining NOC from the farmers who are cultivating the assigned lands.

While vidadala rajini is the mla of Chilakaluripet. As part of the expansion of YS Jagan's second cabinet, Vidada Rajini was given the post of minister of health and Medicine. Apart from this, Vidada also appointed Rajini as the in-charge minister for the crucial Visakhapatnam district.
