Chief minister K. chandrasekhar Rao had a busy day on monday in the state administrative centre, holding review meetings and making important decisions, only one day after the opening of the new telangana Secretariat. The Dr. B.R. Ambedkar telangana State secretariat was officially opened on sunday by the chief minister, who arrived at the facility in the afternoon.

KCR, as the chief minister is called, entered the new secretariat building through the main east gate and proceeded to the Yagashala, where the Sudharshana Yagam was held on Sunday. He took part in the second unique pooja that was conducted by Vedic experts. He then proceeded directly to the sixth level, where his office was located.

He personally went to his secretaries', additional secretaries', and PROs' offices and asked about the furnishings and other preparations that had been made in their offices. Along the hallways, the chief minister spoke with the officials about a variety of topics. He then went back to his chamber and met with the people who had come to see him. He evaluated the status of the work to deliver drinking water to the undivided mahabubnagar and Rangareddy districts in light of the supreme Court's approval for the continuation of the palamuru Rangareddy lift irrigation project's drinking water-related operations. The chief minister in another meeting extended by one month the window for regularising the notary lands in accordance with government Orders 58 and 59. According to kcr, the state government will grant the poorest parts of the population the legal right to build homes in the municipalities that are located within the boundaries of secunderabad and hyderabad by regularising the house sites they currently hold in accordance with the law.

He urged people to take advantage of the chance that the state government had provided. Meeting MLAs in their respective assembly Constituencies is encouraged so that constituents can discuss issues such as regularising house sites and notaries with them. The cm stated that the government would compile every issue and find a solution. The government's primary goal, according to him, is to address the problem of affordable housing all at once. He added that a special push will be held for this. people will be granted land pattas with legal rights. He said that issues with the agricultural lands' notaries will also be handled. A symposium for collectors will be organised soon on this specific topic.
