Congress mp rahul gandhi welcomes new punjab chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi. Previous congress president rahul gandhi on friday met a gathering of Dalit pioneers who came to say thanks to him for naming the first chief minister from scheduled caste people group in Punjab.
