The GMR hyderabad airport is prepared to welcome Lufthansa, a significant european and Star Alliance Member airline, with a nonstop flight to our own gem city. On january 16, 2024, Lufthansa will launch its first nonstop service between Frankfurt and hyderabad using a wide-body Boeing B787-9 Dreamliner.
There will be 247 economy class seats, 21 premium economy seats, and 26 business class seats on the aircraft. The first flight from Frankfurt to hyderabad will depart at 10 am (LT) and arrive in hyderabad at 11 pm (LT). For the return trip, the plane will leave hyderabad at one in the morning (LT) and arrive in Frankfurt at six in the morning (LT).

Three times every week, on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, an eight-hour, 30-minute aircraft will connect Frankfurt with GMR hyderabad Airport. hyderabad will be the departure point for the return flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Travelers from telangana and the neighboring catchment areas will be able to access Europe's diverse cities, nations, and regions thanks to the new route.  According to yearly passenger flow, GMR hyderabad International airport has risen from sixth place to fourth in whole of India.
