Telangana continues to face swelteringly high temperatures as a result of the delayed monsoon arrival. Several State districts have received orange and yellow alerts warning of high temperatures between 41 and 45 degrees Celsius. According to the india Meteorological Department - hyderabad (IMD-H), various districts on friday, including bhadradri Kothagudem, Peddapalli, Suryapet, Kumuram bheem Asifabad, and others, exceeded the 45-degree Celsius threshold. An orange alert has been issued for these areas, which denotes extreme heat.

The hottest temperature was 45.3 degrees C on friday at Mulakalpally, bhadradri Kothagudem, according to the telangana State Planning and Development Society's (TSPDS) prediction. Adilabad, Kumuram bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Karimnagar, Peddapally, Jayashankar, Bhupalapally, Mulugu, bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, and Suryapet districts received yellow alerts for the following two days.

Around june 20, the Southwest monsoon is predicted to arrive in the State. Only around the second week of July are expected to bring substantial rainfall to the State. According to the IMD-H study, people should stay hydrated and avoid overheating. Additionally, it is suggested that you wear light-colored, loose cotton clothing.
