Lok Sabha Elections: Why did the bjp need a change?

General elections for the 18th lok sabha of india are to be held in 2024. Why did the bjp need a major reshuffle in its national executive despite the possible lok sabha elections in April-May next year? What are the political implications of this change in the organization? To know this, it becomes very important to assess the hold of the office bearers of the organization in their area, caste and voters.

bjp National President jagat prakash nadda (JP Nadda) has formed a new executive of the organization of 38 members. It has 13 National Vice Presidents, 8 National General Secretaries and 13 National Secretaries. Apart from this, National General Secretary (Organization) BL Santosh, National Co-Organization minister Shiv Prakash, Treasurer Rajesh Agarwal and Co-Treasurer naresh Bansal are included.

UP got the most importance

If we look at the list of jp nadda, then the biggest state Uttar Pradesh has been given the most importance. There are three main reasons for this. Apart from being the number one largest state of the country, it also has the largest number of voters. The second highest number of lok sabha seats (80) are in this state. It is very important for the bjp to cultivate the number three and most important caste votes here. UP is the second state after bihar in which the politics of caste votes plays an important role in power formation. bjp got less seats in 2019 (62) as compared to 2014 (71). This time she wants to make up for it.

This time bjp is running with the target of Mission 80. Along with the caste equation in front of bjp, there is also a challenge to help every class. That's why 3 Vice Presidents, 2 General Secretaries and 1 National Secretary as well as Rajesh Agarwal have been taken as Treasurer from this state. National General Secretary (Organization) BL Santosh and National Co-Organization minister Shiv Prakash will also play an important role in this state. Deputy Speaker mp RekhaVerma comes from backward class. At the same time, former state president Laxmikant Vajpayee is the face of Brahmins, while Tariq Mansoor will become the face of Muslim Pasmanda (backward class).
