Rajasthan elections 2023: BSP declared candidate for Bharatpur seat...


The countdown for the rajasthan assembly elections has started. In order to spoil the game of congress (Congress) and bjp (BJP), BSP (BSP) has also declared candidates for its three assembly seats. The BSP has dominated the three assembly seats for which candidates have been declared earlier as well. One of them is the city assembly seat of Bharatpur. Vajib ali had won here on a BSP ticket in 2018, but after winning, he joined the Congress.

 BSP has made Khurshid ahmed its candidate for the year 2023 assembly elections. Khurshid ahmed has already tried his luck by contesting the city assembly seat 4 times. In the 1998 assembly elections, Khurshid ahmed contested on a Janata Dal ticket and stood 11th out of 15 candidates. Khurshid ahmed got a total of 1094 votes. After that Khurshid ahmed tried his luck in the year 2003 elections also. In the 2003 assembly elections, Khurshid contested on the Lok Janshakti party ticket on the ahmed Nagar assembly seat. In the 2003 assembly elections, Khurshid ahmed got a total of 3119 votes and stood at the 7th position among the total 12 candidates.

 Fought 2008 election on JDS ticket

In the assembly elections of the year 2008, Khurshid ahmed again entered the fray and contested on the Janata Dal (Secular) ticket. In this election, there was a hat-trick of defeat of Khurshid Ahmed. Ahmed's votes increased in every election and in the year 2008, Khurshid ahmed got a total of 7309 votes. A total of 26 candidates were in the fray for the city assembly seat in the year 2008 elections, in which Khurshid ahmed stood at the 7th position.
