Given the state government's entrepreneurial spirit and minister KT Rama Rao's professional demeanour, the gourmet flavourings company Monin decided to establish its india headquarters, R&D centre, and first production unit in telangana, according to Olivier Monin, president and chairman of Georges Monin SAS, the parent company of Monin India.
"We toured eight States before deciding on Telangana. However, none of them had a similar spirit. At the foundation-laying ceremony for the new plant in sangareddy on Wednesday, he informed minister Rama Rao, "The major reason we are here is because of your initiative spirit and business spirit, which we admire very much.

Germain Araud, managing director of Monin india, stated that it was quite depressing because despite making more than a dozen journeys to india, business personnel were unable to find the ideal location for the establishment of their unit. The corporate management was approached by representatives of the telangana government, who extended an invitation for them to travel to Telangana.

"When we arrived here, what we saw fascinated us. telangana has a prime location and is developing a top-notch infrastructure. Most notably, the State government has provided extremely good support. We were moved by the authorities' demeanour and friendliness. Jayesh Ranjan personally met with us to discuss the opportunities hyderabad and the State were prepared to provide for us. The firm and the State government signed an MoU for the facility within the next three months.
