The election commission has announced the dates of voting and results in five states. According to him,

elections are to be held in chhattisgarh and Mizoram from 7th November. There will be two phases of

voting in chhattisgarh on 7th and 17th November. Voting will be held in madhya pradesh on 17th

november, in telangana on 23rd and 30th november and in rajasthan on 25th November. Counting of

votes in all states will take place on december 3.

Earlier, the date of voting in rajasthan was fixed as 23rd november, but due to Devuthani Gyaras on this

day, many organizations talked about changing its date. After which the election commission announced

voting in rajasthan on 25th november instead of 23rd. This time the Commission has kept the gap between

voting and campaigning less.

While there are 230 assembly seats in madhya pradesh, there are 90 assembly seats in Chhattisgarh. There

are 200 assembly seats in rajasthan, while there are 119 seats in telangana and 40 seats in Mizoram. Last

time congress government came to power in rajasthan, madhya pradesh and Chhattisgarh. However, after

the rebellion of Jyotiraditya Scindia, the congress government in madhya pradesh fell in 2020. Scindia

joined bjp along with 28 congress MLAs and their supporters. After which bjp proved its majority and

formed its government. After that shivraj singh chouhan again came to power by becoming CM.
