Samajwadi party, which is upset over not getting a seat in the madhya pradesh assembly elections, is

showing no signs of abating its anger with the Congress. Although it is being claimed that before the Lok

Sabha elections, the bitterness between the two parties will reduce and the india alliance will fight the

elections unitedly, yet both the parties are also working on Plan Two. If the alliance breaks due to some

reason then it could be a big problem for congress in UP.

Samajwadi party can take revenge of mp in UP. It is believed that the party has started searching for strong

candidates in Rae bareli and Amethi. At the same time, congress is also preparing to contest elections on the

remaining seats, leaving one seat for the Saifai family. According to a senior SP leader, if alliance is not made

then SP can field its candidates in Rae bareli and Amethi also.

SP may field candidates in Amethi-Rae Bareli

Rae bareli is the parliamentary constituency of top congress leader sonia gandhi, while rahul gandhi has

been contesting elections from Amethi. Although in 2019 he had to face defeat here at the hands of BJP's

Smriti Irani, but this time rahul is again preparing for elections from Amethi. If SP separates from Congress

and fields its own candidates, it will be difficult for congress to win both these seats. According to reports,

Samajwadi party is considering the name of Unchahar mla Manoj Pandey in Rae bareli, while it is also

considering the name of Gauriganj mla Rakesh Pratap Singh for Amethi. Till now SP did not field its

candidates on these two seats. SP did not contest elections in Rae bareli and Amethi since 2009 due to

political friendship. Similarly, congress has also been avoiding fielding candidates on Yadav family seats.
