As per report the mp MLA court of Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh has increased the problems of congress mp rahul Gandhi
before the lok sabha elections. Actually, congress leader rahul gandhi has been summoned in a 5 year old
case. About 5 years ago, during the karnataka elections, rahul gandhi had made indecent remarks on Home
Minister amit Shah. Regarding which a hearing was going on in the court for a long time. At present, Rahul
Gandhi has been summoned by the mp MLA court of Sultanpur.
In fact, 5 years ago, during his election rally during the karnataka elections, rahul gandhi had made indecent
remarks on home minister amit Shah. Expressing displeasure over this, bjp leader Vijay Mishra had filed a
case in the court. The court had reserved its decision on this matter during the summons debate in the mp MLA
Court of Sultanpur on 18 november 2023.
The petition was filed in the year 2018
At present, Judge yogesh Yadav has summoned rahul gandhi on december 16 in the mp MLA court of
Sultanpur. At present, a petition was filed in the defamation case in the year 2018. After a hearing that lasted for
five years, the judge has now summoned congress leader rahul Gandhi. Advocate Santosh Pandey has
represented the petitioner’s case in the MP-MLA court.
