The troubles of aam aadmi party leader and rajya sabha MP sanjay singh, who is in jail in the delhi Excise Policy case, are not showing any sign of ending. sanjay singh, currently lodged in a jail in delhi, has received a big blow from a court in lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The court has imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on sanjay singh in the defamation suit filed by former Jal shakti Minister Mahendra Singh. The court has ordered that comments against bjp leader Dr. mahendra singh be immediately removed from all social media accounts. Civil Judge Senior Division delivered the verdict.

The case was registered two years ago

In fact, two years ago, the then Jal shakti Minister of Uttar Pradesh, mahendra singh, had filed a defamation case in the lucknow court for making false allegations. Commenting on sanjay singh in its detailed order, the court has said that it has become a habit of sanjay singh to make baseless allegations in press conferences. They have not been able to present any evidence in support of their allegations, whereas mahendra singh is a responsible leader of bjp and has the image of a respected politician.

The court has ordered that if sanjay singh does not pay the fine of Rs 1 lakh within two months, he will have to pay the fine along with 6% interest from the date of the decision.
