According to sources Milind Deora, a senior leader of maharashtra congress, gave his first reaction after leaving the party. He said that now he has set out on the path of development. Actually, Milind Deora posted on his social media account X and wrote, 'Today an important chapter of my political journey ended. I have resigned from the primary membership of Congress. My family's 55-year-old relationship with the party has ended today. I am grateful to all the leaders, colleagues and workers for their unwavering support over the years.

Perhaps after leaving congress, former Union minister Milind Deora said that now he is walking on the path of development. After this Milind Deora visited siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai. He won from mumbai South lok sabha seat in 2004 and 2009 for Congress. Also, he became the minister of State for Communications and Information technology in the congress government of July 2011. After this, he became the Union minister of State for Shipping on 30 october 2012. In 2014 and 2019, congress did not give him ticket but amid the Modi wave, he could not succeed in saving his seat and South mumbai went to Shiv Sena. Milind Deora's father Murli Deora had been mp from this seat 4 times.
