Ramdas Athawale is angry over RPI-A not getting a seat...

Union minister Ramdas Athawale on thursday said that bjp should give at least two lok sabha seats to the republican party of india (A) to contest the elections. Athawale said that he had sought Shirdi and Solapur seats in maharashtra in February. Unfortunately, the name of RPI (A) is not visible anywhere in the seat-sharing process. He claimed that new partners are being given preference, while my party, which has been an ally of the bjp for 12 years, is being ignored. Mahayuti (ruling alliance) was formed after RPI supported BJP-Shiv Sena in the 2012 BMC elections. Mahayuti could not be formed this time due to the involvement of shiv sena led by Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar. RPI workers complain that they are not getting respect in the alliance.

BJP should clear its stand

RPIA leader Ramdas Athawale said, 'If RPI(A) is not given two seats, there should be a discussion as to what else they are going to offer in return. He said that he will meet the Deputy Chief of Maharashtra. minister devendra fadnavis will convey the sentiments of the party workers. We will demand that RPI should get a cabinet rank post at the Centre. They should give us a cabinet post in the state, a president post in some federations, and other posts.

RPIA can win Shirdi's seat

He said, 'We will demand at least one MLC post and at least 10 seats in the state elections. RPI stands strongly with PM narendra Modi. However, party workers feel that RPI is being insulted and I have been asked to take an appropriate decision. He claimed that RPI has not been taken into confidence, and the party is not being called for any meeting. There has been no discussion with the party on seat sharing. bjp should decide on Shirdi lok sabha as RPI can win it.
