A report was released by the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council. In which it was revealed that the population of the Muslim population in india has increased by 43.15 percent between 1950 and 2015. During the same period, the share of Hindus has decreased by 7.81 percent. Political activity has also increased on this report which came in the middle of the lok sabha elections. Union minister giriraj singh has targeted the congress regarding this.

Targeting the congress, giriraj singh said, "I would say that Muslims have become 20%, congress has made the country a Dharamshala."

He further said, "The Bangladeshi intruders who came in 1971, in a way, made india a pasture. And the current party has made Bangladeshi intruders and Rohingyas a vote bank." Accusing the congress of ending Sanatan Dharma, he said that the congress is giving reservation to Muslims through the back door.

After the release of this report, giriraj singh made many serious allegations on RJD and Congress. He said, 'In all the districts of Bihar, in a planned manner, under the leadership of congress, RJD from the beginning till today, these people are turning india into an Islamic State in the politics of vote bank.' He said that there are 150 districts in the country where this is the situation. It is the misfortune of the country that by raising the slogan of secularism for the politics of appeasement, the country is being put in the grip of Ghazwa-e-Hind.
