This case is related to swati Maliwal, former chairperson of delhi Women Commission and current rajya sabha mp of Aam Aadmi Party. swati has lodged an FIR against Arvind Kejriwal's PA Vibhav Kumar for the assault on her. Rajya Sabha mp swati Maliwal has expressed her views on thursday regarding the assault on herself at the cm residence in Delhi. In the letter, he wrote, 'I have a humble request to you to give complete details of the incident that happened to you to the police so that strict action can be taken against the accused. It is very important to complete the judicial process to ensure that such cases do not happen again. At the same time, swati Maliwal has also got full support from Union minister Nirmala Sitharaman. He has also targeted kejriwal regarding this accident. Sitharaman said that 'It is a matter of shame that a woman has been misbehaved in this way, but not a single word was said from the mouth of the CM. This incident has happened with a woman who, besides being an mp, has also been the chairperson of the Women's Commission. Today she has been threatened in such a way that she is afraid to even come forward.
