No one needs an introduction about Disneyland which is a world famous amusement and entertainment park. Now, there are some reports coming that India’s first Disneyland is most likely to come up in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
It is heard that Disneyland and Universal Studios considered some of the biggest tourism attractions in the world and they have reportedly chosen Vizag for making a foray into Indian theme parks industry.
The project is reportedly only in proposal stage to come up in the cyclone hit-Vizag which is envisaged as the country’s tourism capital and is also garnering attention due to the huge investments that are expected to knock on Andhra Pradesh’s door.
Disneyland needs approximately 2,000 acres of land for building this theme park while the AP state government led by Chandrababu Naidu is still working other details to finalise the deal. If this goes through as planned, Vizag will get into a very new league of cities.
