India's all-rounder aspires to be successful hardik Pandya...

For more than a year, India's fast bowler deepak chahar has struggled with his health. Prior to being sidelined by injuries, Chahar's value was skyrocketing; at the IPL mega auction last year, chennai Super Kings spent a staggering Rs 14 crore on him.

He was unable to participate in any IPL 2022 games for CSK, though, because of a back ailment. He was forced to miss several important competitions due to his arduous battle to remain in shape, including the australia T20 world cup in 2022.

However, the 30-year-old used that opportunity to review his fundamentals and concentrate on improving his fitness. He made a concerted effort to maintain top physical form so that he could triumphantly return to the field.

Chahar is well aware of what he needs to do to continue to be considered for a coveted spot on the senior cricket squad given the fierce competition. He is adamant about continuing to be a serious contender for a spot on the squad.

"The procedure is easy.

I used to adhere to this procedure even when I wasn't competing for India, and it is still the same today. They used to make fun of me when I was having trouble with my state squad and would say to my teammates that one day I'll play for India. Back then, I also thought that if I could bowl at a speed of about 140 kph and swing the ball both ways, I would have no difficulty getting batters out. I will always have a spot in the indian team if I can bat a little amount, both now and in 10–15 years "To sports Tak, Chahar said.
