Shikhar dhawan granted divorce by court from Ayesha...

Shikhar dhawan, the star cricketer for Team India, and his wife Ayesha Mukherjee have divorced. Shikhar Dhawan's divorce was authorised by a patiala House family court in Delhi. This decision was made by the court on a few key grounds. The biggest of these was that the court acknowledged that Ayesha's insistence that dhawan spend years apart from his only son caused him mental anguish. In his divorce petition, shikhar dhawan claimed that his wife had mentally tormented him. Judge Harish Kumar of the Family court found these accusations to be true. The judge ruled in his order that Dhawan's wife either failed to refute the aforementioned accusations or did so without doing so.
What was decided regarding the child's custody?
The court has not yet made a decision regarding Zorawar dhawan and Ayesha's custody. However, the court granted dhawan the right to speak to his son via video call and meet him in person. Additionally, the court mandated that Ayesha permit Zorawar to spend at least half of his school breaks with dhawan and his family. According to the court, petitioner shikhar dhawan has the right to see his son and spend time with him as a responsible parent and a citizen.
Shikhar met Ayesha in this manner and fell in love.
Ayesha was the first person shikhar dhawan ever saw in Harbhajan Singh's facebook friend list. As soon as he saw Ayesha's photo, he fell in love. Shikhar then sent Ayesha a friend request, and their relationship officially began. Ayesha is about ten years older than Shikhar. After spending a considerable amount of time together, they both got married in 2012. Ayesha had been married before.
