Kochi university of Science and technology (CUSAT) has denied the news of having any connection with an organization named Cuba-UAE. Cuba-UAE is the organization that welcomed Pakistani cricketers shahid Afridi and Umar Gul in a recent event held in Dubai. This university has issued a press release stating that it has no connection with Cuba-UAE.
The university said in an official statement that its student union is known as CUSAT Alumni Association (CAN). It has been claimed that CAN had no information about the event held in Dubai. It was told that the student union of the university will not do anything that hurts the image of the country. The university has termed the news of any connection with the event held in dubai as baseless.
After the statement of kochi university, speculations are being made that the program organized in dubai may be linked to Pakistani intelligence agencies. There are allegations that the program in dubai may be a conspiracy to defame the efforts of india, which is an all-party delegation touring foreign countries under Operation Sindoor.
Pakistan is plotting behind the back!
This program organized in dubai has also come under suspicion because according to some reports, some senior officials of pakistan were also present in the program. shahid Afridi, who has given venomous statements against india, was also one of those who are said to have close relations with the Pakistani army and ISI.
Shahid Afridi has been giving venomous statements against India
This is not the first time that the former Pakistani cricketer has been found involved in possible anti-India activities. He himself has been spewing venom against india and the indian army many times before. When India-Pakistan agreed on ceasefire during Operation Sindoor, Afridi had taken out a victory rally in Karachi. During this rally, he gave a provocative speech saying that india and its army blame only pakistan for every incident. This statement came at a time when terrorists had killed 26 innocent people in pahalgam on 22 April.
