In the brand-new crime thriller series Khakee: The bihar Chapter, shraddha das has a crucial role. The television show, which was created by Neeraj Pandey, was directed by Bhav Dhulia, and it also starred karan Tacker. Shraddha and Neeraj previously cooperated on a bengali film called The Royal bengal Tiger, which was financed and scripted by Neeraj. In the programme, Shraddha portrays a telecom operator from kolkata nicknamed Saumya Mukherjee.

When asked if she encountered any difficulties while portraying the part, Shraddha responded to OTTplay, "Any telecom operator's aptitude for numbers and codes comes naturally. As an operator, my character speaks in numerical terms with some ease because it is something she does every day. It was difficult for me to remember all those numbers because I, Shraddha, am terrible at remembering numbers. I had a hard time at first remembering the digits and location names for my character because there were names of places that I had never heard of or read about."

The events of the series take place between 2000 and 2006, a time when Bihar's crime rate was high. The television show centres on top cop amit Lodha, who is looking for Chandan Mahto and his gang, a violent criminal. In the show, Saumya uses her position as a telecom operator to assist amit in catching Chandan.
