There are three important drivers of India's climate policy architecture: a round economic system; environmental sustainability and protection of the herbal ecosystems; and promoting version to climate trade, Union surroundings minister Bhupender Yadav said on Thursday, addressing the Confederation of indian Industry (CII) Annual Commercial Enterprise Summit inside the capital.

"Whilst you question me, what's India's weather policy structure? I say it's miles about securing the rights of one hundred forty crore (1.4 billion) residents to easy energy. It's also approximately preserving our skies blue and our oceans easy. The pathway for india as a rising economic system is about building a strong financial system that's in sync with ecology," Yadav stated.

India's unique weather policy structure effectively balances developmental imperatives with bold weather desires, he added.

Renewable electricity sources—which are available in abundance all around us, furnished by way of the sun, wind, water, waste, and heat from the Earth—are replenished by means of nature and emit little to no greenhouse gases or pollution into the air.

By counting on smooth, renewable sources of strength, along with sun and wind energy, we are able to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and decrease the quantity of harmful pollution like carbon dioxide that is emitted into the atmosphere.

Generating power and heat by way of burning fossil fuels accounts for a large bite of global emissions. Maximum strength is still generated through burning coal, oil, or gasoline, which produces carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide – effective greenhouse gases that blanket the Earth and lure the sun's warmth.
