
The case of the death of a 9-year-old girl in PMCH, patna after her rape on May 26 in Kudhni assembly constituency of muzaffarpur district of bihar has heated up. Now the bihar government has taken a big action regarding this. The health Department of the state government has issued a letter and relieved PMCH in-charge Deputy Superintendent Dr. Abhijit Singh from the post.
Dr. Abhijit Singh has been accused of not discharging his duties properly in PMCH and it has been written that his administrative failure has been observed, due to which he has been relieved from the post with immediate effect.
SKMCH doctor also suspended
At the same time, Dr. Kumari Bibha of sri krishna Medical college and Hospital (SKMCH), muzaffarpur has been suspended. Dr. Bibha has been accused of not complying with the referral policy and not discharging her duties properly. Along with this, there is an allegation of extreme insensitivity in the treatment of the victim. During the period of suspension, Dr. Kumari Bibha will be given only subsistence allowance as per the rules of bihar government Service.
Rape incident happened on 26 May
Let us tell you that the incident of rape of a minor girl happened on 26 May, after which she was admitted to SKHM in Muzaffarpur. Due to lack of proper treatment there, she was brought to PMCH, patna, but here also the girl died due to lack of treatment, after which the opposition created a lot of ruckus. Till now the opposition was continuously cornering the government, in view of which the health Department of bihar government has taken a decision.
