The highly anticipated 'Jagame Thandhiram' is out on Netflix and we are back with our review. Suruli is a gangster in madurai City and he also works as a Porotta master in a local shop. He commits murders for money and suddenly he is called to london by a famous gangster in order to take down another indian gangster in London.

Suruli is happy as he gets a big assignment finally. But things are not what it is as Suruli reaches london and he also understands why the UK gangster invited him all the way to london and he acts against him in the end. director karthik Subbaraj sticks to his basic premise of storytelling and taking the story slowly forward.

Of course, there are few mass moments for dhanush and a melodramatic flashback episode too. But, after the story moves to london, everything goes haywire. karthik Subbaraj also confused in balancing the story and mass image of dhanush and as a result, all we get is more unexciting scenes. dhanush repeats Rajini's mannerisms just like he did in 'Maari'.

Aishwarya Lekshmi is pretty and the rest of the characters are not even fillers and they are totally dumped inside the empty structure. music by Santosh Narayanan is absolutely rollicking and it is a huge positive in this boring gangster flick. Thankfully, this movie never got a theatrical release!
