Farmers put an end to protests in the national capital against the narendra modi government's agricultural laws.

The Modi government has already withdrawn these laws and introduced the bill in parliament and passed it.
Gurnam Singh, a farmer leader, announced that they were suspending their protests in the wake of this. He made the announcement after a meeting of US Kisan Morcha leaders.

Gurnam Singh said they would hold a review meeting on january 15 and if the government did not keep its promises by then, the protest would resume.
Another farmer leader, Darshan Pal Singh, said the protesting farmers would vacate their camps on december 11.
