The OPS and EPS have announced an united protest on behalf of the AIADMK on Tuesday, april 5, criticising the DMK administration for failing to keep its electoral promises, misleading the public, and hiking property taxes. In a statement, AIADMK co-ordinator Panneer Selvam and co-ordinator Palanichamy alleged that the DMK administration was harassing people at daybreak. The people continue to bear the responsibilities of the DMK's dark rule, which rose to power under the name Vidyal Arasu.

Despite the economic crisis, the AIADMK government has put in place a number of programmes to protect the interests of the poor and working class and to help them advance in society. All of those plans are being thwarted by the DMK government. The DMK, which promised in its election manifesto that property taxes would not be raised in tamil Nadu until people recovered from the economic crisis caused by the Corona epidemic during legislative elections, is raising property taxes by up to 150 percent while people are still recovering from the economic losses caused by the Corona epidemic, which is a green betrayal of those who voted.

The DMK government is destabilising the population by slapping a 150 percent property tax on the backs of city inhabitants who aren't facing the multifarious onslaught of corona damage, rising costs, job losses, and diminishing incomes. This property tax increase will have a significant impact on the neighbourhood. On Tuesday, april 5 at 10 a.m., a major protest will take place in the district capitals, criticising the DMK administration for fooling the public and raising property taxes without delivering its election promise.
