In Tirupur, a judge sentenced a teenager to 20 years in prison for sexually harassing a 15-year-old girl. A judge sentenced two defendants to five years in prison in another pox case. Similarly, the Tirupur North All women police detained two people, Jeeva (28) and Pandi (30), from the Chinnamanur region of Theni district, on october 14 last year under the Pokcho Act for sexually harassing another 15-year-old girl in the Anupparpalayam police station area.
