Today, june 9, Nayanthara married her longtime beau Vignesh Shivan. The wedding ceremony was held in the presence of the couple's family and close friends. vignesh shivan shared the first photo from the wedding on social media. For the dream wedding in Sheraton Park in Mahabalipuram, Chennai, a massive glass mandap was created. The wedding was attended by Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Mani Ratnam, Sivakarthikeyan, and Atlee.

On june 9, Nayanthara and vignesh shivan married in a small but lovely ceremony. For the past six years, the two have been together. vignesh shivan turned to social media after the wedding ceremony to share a gorgeous photo from their special day. He penned, "On a scale of one to ten, she is Nayan and I am the One. With God's grace, the universe, all of our parents' blessings, and the best of friends. #Nayanthara (sic) married."
