Y S jagan Mohan Reddy, the chief minister of andhra pradesh and the president of the congress PARTY' target='_blank' title='ysr congress-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>ysr congress party, is rumoured to be planning to restructure his cabinet and fire at least three members of the current group. According to reports coming out of Tadepalli, jagan explicitly alluded to the dismissal of some of the ministers during his conversation with his colleagues during the cabinet meeting. Some of the ministers reportedly came under fire from the chief minister for refusing to change their practises despite repeated warnings.

"I have been carefully evaluating all of the ministers' performances. I will not think twice to fire a handful of them because I am aware of who is doing what. Be ready for the action," jagan reportedly warned them. Though it lacked the strength to win the seat, he took seriously the telugu Desam Party's decision to run a candidate in the MLC elections under the MLAs' quota.

"It is the ministers' obligation to ensure that we easily win all of the MLC seats. You will be held accountable if the victory margin differs in any way, he reportedly said. Jagan's threat caused the council of ministers to discuss who might be fired during the reshuffle in a quiet manner.

Party sources claim that the chief minister has planned to fire at least three ministries and possibly as many as four or five. Currently, Dadisetti Raja, the state's minister of roads and buildings, and Chelluboyina Venugopala Krishna, the minister of information and public relations, are being mentioned as potential victims. "Another rayalaseema minister could possibly be fired. If necessary, jagan might drop two more ministers, based on the performance and charges of corruption at the ground level," insiders stated.
