Children and spectators alike stopped to take in the sight of a group of painters painting vibrant murals on city walls, all set to calming music and upbeat dance routines. Over 200 painters from the city came together to paint colorful murals on the walls along Old airport Road on Sunday, transforming the area into a kaleidoscope of color and creativity.
 
The Nations Rock Beat (NRB) organized "The Mural Art Project," an event that celebrated art, culture, and community spirit. It was organized in partnership with Urban Sketchers, Beyond hyderabad, and several other communities. "For the past six months, we have been planning the street festival 'Mee Aadivaram' once a month. We decided on a bigger scale this time. The goal is to encourage urban street events and expose kids, who are frequently absorbed in their phones, to art, music, and creativity,” stated NRB founder Shriya Guptha.
 
The street was alive with bustle as painters worked with their brushes from daybreak till sunset. The artists worked together for nine hours to paint a 72-by-6-foot wall with colorful patterns and themes that were all related to the idea of encapsulating Hyderabad. It was a day of artistic discovery and cooperation for the participating artists. Every mural, which showcased the many skills and viewpoints of the artists, offered a different account of the city, whether it was about the well-known Charminar, Tank Bund, or something else entirely. The artists were assigned time slots, and each of the six walls had six head artists supervising a team of thirty painters.
 
"I titled my wall Conversations Around Chai, highlighting the special bond between hyderabad and chai," said Radha, the artist responsible for one of the walls' artworks. The beauty of the city is that tea unites everybody, whether they work in IT or are autowalas. There were jam sessions, dances, and music in addition to the captivating visual show. The supporters of the hyderabad Sunrisers IPL franchise, known as the "Rising Eagles," left their imprint alongside the cycling demonstrations presented by the hyderabad Cycling Revolution.
