Family films typically don't last very long on social media. They are not discussed or trolled, in contrast to other bad films, since they are not taken seriously unless they are very horrible, such as Brahmotsavam. But with Family Star, that isn't the case. The film is ruthlessly trolling. Sure, there are sequences that are worthy of mocking, but judging by the passion, the scenes are more about Vijay than the actual film.

Since Liger's demise, Vijay has been keeping a low profile. His comment that "200 Crore is for sure some day" did not sit well with social media users, though. A video clip from the Family Star interview, in which Vijay claims that he has never driven a full tank of gas before, went popular on social media later. people were delving into Vijay's past like Sherlock Holmes and were baying for his blood.

In the past, class discrimination involved the wealthy and privileged disparaging the middle class and underprivileged. But in the age of social media, it has completely changed. The gap between the affluent and the poor has closed. These days, it's middle class vs middle class and poor versus poor.

People came to the conclusion that some goods were exclusive to the wealthy. The middle class and the impoverished should never imagine or discuss visiting that place. Regretfully, while belonging to the same class, they lack motivation and hunger, and others shouldn't either. Stardom and a certain kind of attitude are exclusive to performers from wealthy backgrounds in films.

People would cheer them on and whistle "Aaattt Annaa" if they displayed that attitude. However, performers such as Vijay are promptly shown their "Sthayi or Aukat" if they speak in such a manner. If a hero with a background had made the 200 crore comment or the full-tank fuel assertion, they would not have drawn as much criticism. It was then that the negativity began, and it continues to this day.

Actors and films will receive all the recognition they merit when they are released in theatres. Certain films receive adoration, while others receive hatred and trolls. However, the film's borders should contain the hatred and trolls. It is completely unjust if they go beyond that and unfairly single out performers simply for not having the "Sthayi/Aukat/Range" that is defined by privilege.

Vijay must also acknowledge that he must remain silent till he scores a major hit. The entire world will listen to the winner, but you must exercise extreme caution if your graph is down. It's during those moments that even a rope can turn into a snake and bite. This problem is not one that can be solved quickly. On social media, it is really hard to keep the crowd under control. The only way to control them is to achieve success and compel them to remain silent.
