With the forthcoming elections in kadapa, the YSRCP has a serious issue about the possible termination of avinash Reddy's bail. The scenario is made more complicated by the CBI's fears over the safety of witnesses in the case if Avinash's bail is withdrawn. If Avinash's bail is revoked, the YSRCP's chances of winning in kadapa may be compromised, giving the tdp candidate a chance to triumph.

This would compel jagan to reevaluate Avinash's candidature for the YSRCP and maybe put up a different one in Avinash's stead. Anil Reddy, Jagan's cousin, is one possible contender. The bjp has been pressuring the YSRCP to terminate Avinash's bail, therefore the party would be reluctant to do so for fear of appearing to be caving into their demands.

Moreover, there can be internal conflict within the party if avinash is replaced. Although the BJP's proposal to replace the jammalamadugu assembly seat with the kadapa MP seat may seem like a solution, it is not without its problems, especially when it comes to voter attitudes and views, particularly among Muslim voters.

The YSRCP leadership would ultimately need to carefully assess the political risks and ramifications for the next kadapa elections before deciding whether to support avinash and the possible consequences of his bail revocation.
