 The unlucky occurrence occurred when she was traveling back to the karnataka district of Hanakere from mehbooba Nagar in Andhra Pradesh. According to accounts, Pavithra's vehicle rammed into the barrier after losing control. Later, a bus traveling from hyderabad to Vanaparthi struck the automobile.

After the horrifying collision, the actress passed away instantly. In the meanwhile, the accident has seriously injured driver Srikant, spouse Chandrakanth, and sister Apeksha of Pavithra. After being notified of the occurrence, the police are looking into it right now.
Following the death of his wife, actor and Pavithra Jayaram's husband, Chandrakanth, sent a devastating message on his instagram account. ''Miss u Papaaaa plz come back,'' he said with a photo of himself and the late actress.(I miss you, sweetheart; please return).
On a similar note, actor and former co-star, Sameeip Acharyaa mourned Pavithra's demise by sharing an emotional post remembering her. He wrote, “Woke up to the news that you are no more. It's unbelievable. My first on-screen mother, you will always be the special one.”
