It's no secret that the majority of indians don't get enough nutrition each day.  According to a recent ICMR study, improper diets are to blame for 56.4% of India's overall illness burden.

However, what if we could depend on a diet that applies the knowledge of traditional indian nutrition in addition to encouraging us to eat more food that is in season?  Luke Coutinho, a lifestyle expert, author, and entrepreneur, recently gave a presentation on The Modi Diet at the delhi global conference.

'The Modi Diet' by Luke Coutinho is based on PM Modi's discipline and way of life.

Hon. prime minister narendra modi will be the Chief Guest at the NXT Global Summit in New delhi, where Luke Coutinho has been asked to serve as the keynote speaker.  More than 20 thought leaders and changemakers from across the world will attend the two-day VIP summit, which is scheduled to begin on february 28.  Luke Coutinho, a specialist in holistic wellbeing, and his group have been entrusted with creating and launching The Modi Diet and lifestyle Plan, which draws inspiration from prime minister Narendra Modi's discipline, well-being, and way of life.

"It is truly an honor to be welcomed on this esteemed stage.  This is a chance to discuss India's holistic approach to health, including its superfoods, yoga, and movement, as well as the pressing need to address growing issues like diabetes and obesity that our Honorable prime minister Shri narendra modi has highlighted," says Luke Coutinho.

Coutinho went on to explain how The Modi Diet prioritizes mental and emotional health in addition to providing a useful strategy for improved nutrition.

"This is a way of life, not simply a diet.  This strategy, which is based on a great deal of study and experience, reflects the core values of our Prime Minister's methodical approach to health and well-being by emphasizing longevity, simplicity, and balanced diet," Coutinho says.

"Beyond food and exercise, I will also highlight the critical role of emotional well-being, mental health, and sleep in achieving true wellness", he continues.

Based on The Modi Diet and lifestyle Plan, Coutinho and his team will create a vegetarian cuisine for the event that highlights the benefits of eating foods that are in season, locally grown, and nutritionally balanced.  The food showcases the profound knowledge of the traditional indian diet, from winter greens and turmeric to sattu, white butter, and millet.

Not to mention the emphasis on macro and micronutrients, which regulate inflammation and boost immunity in addition to gut health.  During the summit, Coutinho will utilize his position to highlight the importance of sleep, mobility, emotional well-being, the potential of indian superfoods, and the future of wellness in India.  "I'm grateful to be part of his vision to improve the health of our nation", declares Coutinho.
