Hours after india launched a targeted attack on Pakistani terror camps as part of "Operation Sindoor," Pakistan's minister of information and broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, was subjected to a humiliating and awkward moment on live television when he was fact-checked by Sky news journalist Yalda Hakim regarding his assertion that Islamabad is a "victim of terrorism."

Tarar stated, "Let me make it very clear, there are no terrorist camps in pakistan," while discussing the harm inflicted by the indian strike and the Pakistani government's position on terrorism in an interview with Sky News.  The victim of terrorism is Pakistan. On our western frontiers, we are combating terrorists.

He responded after Hakim asked him about India's assertion that it had targeted nine key terrorist organizations, including the camp of Jaish-e-Mohammad in Bahawalpur and the stronghold of Lashkar-e-Taiba in Mudrike.

"We (Pakistan) are the frontline state against terrorism," Tarar continued. Ninety thousand lives have been lost in this struggle against terrorism.

"India, on the other hand, when we had the Jafar Express hijacking, india did not even condemn it, let alone express any concern about the incident," the minister of pakistan stated.

Hakim interrupted, citing Khawaja Asif, Pakistan's defense minister, who just acknowledged during her last program that his nation had done the "dirty work" of funding terrorists for the US for almost thirty years.

The anchor noted that in 2018, President donald trump withdrew military aid to pakistan, accusing Islamabad of playing a "double game." "On my program, just a week ago, your defense minister Khawaja Asif admitted that pakistan has for decades had a policy of funding, backing, and using terrorist groups as proxies in the country (India)," she said.
