The telangana administration has issued a high alert throughout the state in the wake of Operation Sindoor.  During a high-level meeting with senior government officials, chief minister A revanth reddy declared several emergency measures.
 
Employees in every department that provides emergency services have had their leaves revoked, and they have been told to be prepared to provide services right away. Officials and ministers have been instructed to be on call and postpone any planned international travel.


If government workers make any contentious remarks in the media or on social media, the chief minister threatened to take harsh measures against them.
 
A 24-hour toll-free hotline will be made available to the general public.  Additionally, the chief minister has directed police to arrest citizens of bangladesh and pakistan who are unlawfully staying in Telangana.
 
Officials have been directed to make sure emergency medications are easily accessible and to accumulate blood in blood banks.  Private hospital bed availability data must be updated frequently.
 
Reddy emphasized that "a strong message of unified national support for the indian Army must be conveyed," and he urged political parties to exercise moderation in these trying times.  


He said that all political parties were invited to a rally in support of the indian Army that will take place in the city on Thursday.
 
"The command control center should have a communication system in place.  "Those who disrupt peace and security will face harsh consequences," revanth reddy declared.  "We need to strengthen coordination with the red Cross and ensure sufficient food stocks are maintained," he stated.
 
Reddy also emphasized the need for cyber security alertness and threatened to take harsh measures against those disseminating false information.  A Special Cell will be created to combat false information that can cause individuals to get anxious or panicked.


All CCTV cameras in the three Greater hyderabad police Commissionerates must be connected to the command center, according to a directive given to police officials.
 
Tighter security at foreign consulates in hyderabad, more protection for IT companies, and improved surveillance in all district headquarters and key places are additional security measures.
 
Hyderabad police were told by the chief minister to maintain a high level of alertness and, if required, communicate with peace committees.  Additionally, the police department has been instructed to keep an eye on the whereabouts of people with criminal records.


The situation was evaluated by cm reddy and deputy cm Mallu bhatti vikramarka following Wednesday's Mock Drill and Operation Sindoor.
 
The chief minister and deputy chief minister gave the officials strong security instructions to avoid any adverse incident anywhere in the state and also made several recommendations regarding the actions being taken beforehand during the indian military strike on Pakistan.
 
Every department has been asked to coordinate completely and make sure that there are no issues for anyone.
 
The chief minister asked the officials about the plans in place for the delivery of basic goods and urged them to do everything in their power to prevent shortages and supply chain disruptions for the populace.
