Should children be encouraged to pursue love?  Ileana D'Cruz, however, has a compelling response!  In a recent social media response to a fan question, the actress offered her opinion on the controversy.  Since the birth of her first kid, Koa Phoenix Dolan, ileana has been utilizing social media to share her thoughts on parenting and motherhood.  On her instagram Stories, the actress recently reposted a parenting piece.

At that point, a fan DM'd that children should be taught that being evil, harsh, or self-centered are not qualities that are admirable.  Ileana chose to talk about the remark because she looked so interested in it. Here’s what the person wrote, “Love has to be earned just like respect and happiness. And it’s not wrong to chase love… We just have to teach kids not to chase people for their response to our positive qualities but merely to nurture them so that people will turn to us on their own.” (sic)

In response to the fan's remark, the barfi actress stated, "I will never want my children to feel that they need to 'earn' my love."  The worst feeling I have ever had is that one.  feeling "insufficient."  She added that she would like to raise children who are content, healthy, and compassionate.  Ileana was also eager to point out that everyone has the freedom to do things how they see fit.

In May 2023, ileana d'cruz secretly married Michael Dolan, a decision that generated a lot of discussion on social media.  In august 2023, the couple welcomed Koa Phoenix Dolan, their first child.  The actress also revealed her second pregnancy in a New Year's post earlier this year.  On social media, Ileana's remarks are currently receiving a lot of attention.  However, it's yet unclear if this will result in a shift in public opinion or if it will be criticized for some reason.
