India has generally retaliated appropriately when pakistan attacks our military installations and fires on indian soldiers and civilians near the international boundary and Line of Control. But this time, by intensifying the situation even further, pakistan has gone too far. pakistan keeps up its hostility even though it knows india would retaliate, which begs the issue of what motivates this conduct.

India is still attacking Pakistani air bases, but our military is ready to fight back at the same level as any attack. Reports suggest Pakistan’s director General Ahmad Sharif has announced a full-scale military operation against india, reportedly named “Operation Bunyan ul-Marsoos” (meaning “strong and solid unity” – a phrase from Quran 61:4).

India will not stand by and watch if pakistan starts a full-scale military conflict.  India has not been passive when pakistan has attempted to attack indian citizens or disturb the peace in Kashmir.  Pakistan is fully aware of this, which raises the question of which nations are supporting Pakistan's present aggressiveness.

India is using cutting-edge weaponry against Pakistani air bases and defense systems, including as S-400 systems, drones, and domestically produced akash systems from the DRDO. india is keeping Pakistani drones and missiles from ever entering indian territory.

Nawaz Sharif, the former prime minister, has weighed in and advised moderation.  Modi and Sharif had comparatively friendly ties during his previous term; on one diplomatic visit, Modi even went to Sharif's house to ask for Pakistan's assistance in combating terrorism.  Even though kashmir is an essential part of india, pakistan has never really altered its policy because terrorism is still a major component of its survival plan and fixation with the region.
