Citing decades of violence, enforced disappearances, and human rights abuses in the area, Baloch delegate Mir Yar Baloch announced the region's independence from pakistan on Wednesday. He stated that the world must stop remaining silent after the Balochistani people delivered their "national verdict" in a post on X.

"Tum Maroge Hum Neklengy, Hum Nasal Bachany Nekly Hain, Aao Hamara Sath Do. Baloch people across pakistan Occupied balochistan are up on streets and this is their national verdict that balochistan Is Not pakistan and world can't be a silent spectator any more," he said.

Additionally, he advised Indians, particularly those in the media, YouTube, and intellectual circles, to refrain from referring to Baloch people as "Pakistan's own people."  "Baloch Story!  Dear indian patriot media, YouTube allies, and scholars defending Bharat, it is advised that they refrain from calling Baloch people "Pakistan's Own People."  We are Balochistani, not Pakistani.  The Baloch leader claimed that the Punjabi, who are Pakistan's own people, had never experienced genocide, enforced disappearances, or air bombs.

Mir Yar Baloch further stated that he fully supports India's stance on Jammu & Kashmir, which is occupied by pakistan (PoJK).  He called on the whole community to put pressure on pakistan to leave the area.

"Balochistan fully supports India's decision to ask pakistan to leave the PoK," Mir Yar stated on May 14, 2025.  Pakistan must be urged by the world community to abandon PoK right now in order to save its 93,000 army soldiers in Dhaka from another humiliating surrender.  Because Islamabad is employing the people of pakistan as human shields, india can beat the Pakistani army, and if pakistan pays no attention, then only the avaricious Pakistani army generals should be held accountable for the carnage."

Mir Yar Baloch asserts that the world cannot believe Pakistan's account of balochistan, which he claims was acquired by force with the help of foreign forces. Serious human rights breaches have long occurred in Balochistan. These consist of stifling dissent, extrajudicial executions, and enforced disappearances. There have been allegations of violations by both Pakistani armed groups and security forces.

Due to limited media access and judicial accountability, civilians frequently suffer throughout the ongoing conflict. international concern has increased, but there hasn't been any significant action.
