Due to a disagreement between producers and exhibitors, there has been speculation that single-screen theaters may close as early as june 1. However, several groups are now taking a different approach to this problem. Some Jana Sena followers believe that this theater strike may be a premeditated attempt to damage the film hari Hara Veera Mallu, which stars pawan kalyan and is scheduled for release on june 12.

The twist is that Kandula Durgesh, the minister of cinematography for Andhra Pradesh, has demanded an investigation to see whether this theater strike is an attempt to deliberately cause issues for hari Hara Veera Mallu.

Isn't that blatant abuse of authority?  How is it possible for the government to mandate an investigation for the sake of a single movie?

Since there hasn't been much hype for hari Hara Veera Mallu thus far, many people think that the whole thing is being manipulated to generate buzz.

They believe it will garner greater attention if they give the impression that someone is obstructing Pawan Kalyan's movie.

Ironically, pawan kalyan is currently employed by the government.  However, it seems odd and superfluous to play the victim card.
